⁣Aruvipurathu Jose alias Turbo Jose, a jeep driver from Idukki with a habit of getting involved in fights, learns that his best friend Jerry, a bank manager in Chennai, was attacked by henchmen sent by the family of his girlfriend Indulekha, who is also a bank manager of a different bank. Jose arrives at Indulekha's house and stops her engagement, where he takes Indulekha to Jerry's house. However, Jerry refuses to accept Indulekha due to fear of his family and Indulekha goes to Chennai for her job.
Jose learns that Indulekha's family have filed a case against him, where he leaves for Chennai and persuades her to come back home. However, Jose decides to stay at Chennai after learning that he will be imprisoned. On Jose's request, Indulekha helps him find a job at her customer Andrew, a rich car dealer, and Jose works as a bodyguard for Andrew. Jose manages to reunite Indulekha with her family.

⁣Vibha Singh is a corrupt bureaucrat in the Accounts Department of the Indian Government who pushes many of her clients into giving her the "percentages" of their money which may either have been stolen or confiscated. With the support of her assistant Hamid Ibrahim, she continues to do so and hides the money in a basement of the Rashtrapati Bhavan, which is only known to her, and resumes her lifestyle until she receives news from Kirit Ojha, the Honorary Secretary to the Prime Minister, that her help is needed critically by the Prime Minister for a certain task. Ojha sends his man, Irfan Ali to work with them and start an investigation from within their department to avoid being caught, as the investigation in question is against the notorious criminal King, who has recently stolen jewels from a jewelry house owner Mr. Mehta, and has claimed that his next target would be the Rashtrapati Bhavan. For the same, a hacker from the technical department, named Raj Naik, is chosen to decipher messages of the gang.

⁣Inspector Prabhakaran sets on a crusade to finish all gangsters in the city of Chennai, where he locks horns with Daali and Chitte, who are ruthless gangster controlling the city's market with the influence of their boss Uncle. While on a police operation to encounter Uncle's aid Baby, Prabhakaran captures Daali's brother Cockroach and kils him in an encounter. Enraged, Daali, Chitte and his men shoots Prabhakaran during his morning jog, where Prabhakaran's fiancèe Venba gets killed in a crossfire. Distraught about Venba's death, Prabhakaran begins hunting down and killing Daali's associates, including Chitte. Prabhakaran learns that Venba's sister Venmathi is caught by the Goa Police during a raid, where he saves Venmathi. Learning that Prabhakaran is targeting him, Daali sends a hitman to finish Prabhakaran, but Prabhakaran manages to kill the hitmen and crashes into Daali's birthday bash. Prabhakaran and Daali engage in a hand-to-hand combat, where Prabhakaran finally kills Daali, thus avenging Venba's death. In the aftermath, Prabhakaran goes to solve another case.

Yuva soon begins training in the championship and finally wins the championship. Despite being a wrestling champion, Yuva continues to work as a delivery boy and Shankar sees Yuva with respect.

The next morning, Saravanan finds the jeep smashed against a tree with Ravi's corpse on top. Initially suspected by the police, Saravanan clears his name using the video camera evidence. The police, now convinced, help Saravanan search for the swami's lair, where they find photographs of all the recent victims Selvi, Santhosh, Ravi, and Sakthi. Convinced of the swami's guilt, the inspector orders his capture.
