⁣Vasudevan "Vasu" is the heir of Kovai Group, a cloth manufacturing company in Coimbatore. Due to a misunderstanding, Vasu gets disowned by his mother and matriarch of his joint family Rajalakshmi. Years later, Vasu is now working as a moneylender and lives a normal life with his friends Kutti Puli and Pandi, where he also falls in love with a rich girl named Divya. At a theatre, Vasu saves a newly transferred ASP Sivakkozhundhu and his wife from a group of North Indian killers who work for Anna Thandavam, a Pollachi-based businessman and hitman as Sivakkozhundhu was transferred to investigate Anna Thandavam's client case.
Anna Thandavam also plans to illegally grab land a village temple, which was planned to be gifted by Vasu's late father Rathnaswamy. These two incidents cause enmity between Vasu and Anna Thandavam. When the land is formally gifted to the temple, an irate Anna Thandavam orders his henchman to assault Vasu's uncle Ramaswamy. Rajalakshmi realizes her mistake of misunderstanding Vasu and reunites with him. Vasu learns about the incident and thrashes Anna Thandavam's henchmen and breaks his hand. Anna Thandavam tries to attack Vasu, but Vasu brutally thrashes him in full view of public, which goes viral online.

⁣In the year 2043, humanoid artificial intelligence terrorist Harlan leads a war of machines against humans, which leaves 3 million people dead. The military forces of a new International Coalition of Nations (ICN) win a string of victories against Harlan and force him to flee into outer space.

Atlas manages to gain basic control of the mech despite her distrust of the onboard AI, who introduces itself as Smith. Atlas orders Smith to head to the planned drop point, where she finds the rest of the rangers dead. She reluctantly agrees to directly interface her mind with Smith, allowing for greater control of the mech. As they journey towards a rescue pod, Atlas and Smith begin to bond, and she reveals to it that her mother was the one who created Harlan.

⁣In 1989, teenage Lisa Swallows is still struggling to come to terms with the loss of her mother, who was killed by an axe murderer two years earlier. Her father Dale has since remarried a woman named Janet, who also has a daughter from a previous marriage, Taffy. Lisa spends much of her time at a local cemetery.
Lisa heads to a party with Taffy, who encourages her to socialise. She has an awkward encounter with Michael, her crush, and is accidentally drugged by one of his friends. She is later sexually harassed by her lab partner Doug. Lisa returns to the cemetery and speaks to the grave of a young man who died in 1837; a pianist who had fallen in love with a woman in his own time before she left him for another man, and was later killed by a lightning strike. A bolt of lightning strikes his grave after Lisa leaves, and the man is brought back to life as a zombie.
The man (referred to as “The Creature” in the film’s credits) breaks into the house. Lisa is initially terrified, but eventually recognizes him as the man whose grave she dotes on, and decides to hide him in her closet. The Creature is mute, covered in debris, and missing multiple body parts.
Lisa claims that a burglar broke in to explain the mess made by the Creature, but Janet claims she is making it up for attention. When she threatens to send Lisa to an asylum, the Creature kills Janet and cuts off her ear before the two dump Janet's body in the cemetery. Lisa sews Janet's ear onto the Creature, but discovers that the parts will not work without a current. They use Taffy's tanning bed to revive the ear, which also restores the Creature to a more human appearance. Lisa then lures Doug to the cemetery so that she can cut off his hand for the Creature. The Creature kills Doug and hides his body with Janet's. Once again able to play the piano, the Creature starts to bond with Lisa.

⁣Ovi Mahajan Jr., son of incarcerated Indian drug lord Ovi Mahajan Sr., sneaks out of his house to visit a club with his friend. At the party, they go to the garage to have a smoke, where they encounter corrupt police officers working for rival Bangladeshi drug lord Amir Asif. They shoot Ovi Jr.'s friend and kidnap him.
After discovering this, Saju Rav — a former lieutenant colonel in the Indian Army Para Special Forces and Ovi Jr.'s protector — visits Ovi Sr. in prison. Unwilling to pay the ransom or surrender his territories to Amir as it will hurt his prestige, Ovi Sr. orders Saju to retrieve his son, threatening to kill Saju's own son if he is unwilling to do so.

⁣Jaspal Singh (Tarsem Jassar), an honest person, is appointed as a Kanungo (a Revenue Inspector, under whom five Patwaris or agricultural land clerks work). Therefore, Kashmiro (Gurpreet Kaur Bhangu), a well wisher and senior lady from his village, wants him to marry her niece, Harman (Nimrat Khaira), who is a teacher in a government school and wants to marry someone in a government job.
Bharpur Singh (Karamjit Anmol), who is a corrupt Patwari (agricultural land clerk) from Harman's village, also has his eye on Harman. When he approaches Harman's drunken and illiterate father regarding his land, he lies and informs him that a Patwari post is higher and richer than that of Kanungo, and therefore the father should have Harman marry Bharpur. So when Jaspal and his family approach Harman's family for her hand, Harman's father refuses them, even though everyone, including Harman, likes Jaspal. As Jaspal is leaving, Harman advises him to work hard and get a post of Patwari so that her father will accept him, to which Jaspal replies that hard work leads to promotion and not demotion, so how can he become a junior official when he is a senior official?

⁣A young Murli Sharma relocates to Patna from Ratlam with his family after his father transfers there. While he struggles with disconnect and isolation from his peers, he encounters Nandini and their blossoming friendship turns into love for Murli.

⁣The story follows Noor, a trans-woman competing in a reality show called 'Truth Ya Naach (Truth or Dance)', where the contestants either dance or reveal a truth about themselves (following the rules of Truth or Dare), along with living in a house together 24/7 (parodied from the show Big Brother), where the contestants have the privilege to go off-cam and on-cam anytime they want. The show's contestants are calibrated with a scale called Algoji (Mr. Algorithm), which measures their popularity amongst the audience of India across different themes of family, friendship, and romance revolving around the contestant. The show is hosted by Soni, along with three judges on the panel.

⁣In 2006, ten friends from an arts club in Kochi leave on a trip to Kodaikanal in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu, during the Onam vacation. They explore Kodaikanal and before leaving, one of the friends, Sudhi mentions the Guna Caves, a place where the film Gunaa was shot. Inebriated and high, the friends go there and decide to explore the caves' restricted areas, despite a warning from tourist guide Dominic. Upon reaching a point, some friends decide to etch down their group name "Manjummel Boys" on a wall.
After doing so, they decide to regroup to take a picture. Subhash, one of the friends, falls into a hole while moving towards the group. Initially, everyone assumes he is pulling a prank, but he does not respond after they repeatedly call out to him. Some friends leave to get help and inform the locals of what happened. The locals suggest going to the police station and forest guard.
The locals also say that the specific area was off-limits for a reason and that so far thirteen people have fallen into that hole and none were ever recovered. They mention the hole is over 900 feet deep and the British called the place The Devil's Kitchen. The friends reach the police station, where they are beaten; the police file an FIR against them for entering a restricted area. They are also accused of murdering Subhash and giving false complaints and no help is offered. Meanwhile, rain starts to flood the hole.

⁣Ruhaan "Rooh Baba" Randhawa enjoys deceiving people by claiming to be a ghostbuster. Meera's uncle calls him to speak with Meera, who is supposedly possessed by a ghost. When Meera arrives, Ruhaan is terrified, believing her to be a real ghost.
